On Monday, October 22nd, the Chef Diego Pani from the "Marco Polo" restaurant in Ventimiglia will be our guest for an exceptionnal evening.

Around a dinner that highlights Ligurian cuisine and its seafood specialities, Gus Illusionniste's exceptional presence will dazzle the night with his incredible close-up tours.

The band "The Presidents" will add their live music touch to the event.


Menu at €65 per person, excluding drinks.

Salicorne in chickpea tempura, hibiscus powder
Parmesan cheese cracker, fresh tuna rillette
Ventimiglia anchovies breaded with hazelnuts from Piedmont
Raw varnish tartar
Roasted langoustines in their shell, light tartar sauce, langoustine tartar with eucalyptus
Cannelloni of zucchini with crab, pecorino and pink pepper
Mediterranean wolffish, melted and raw fennel, tomato juice and fine capers
Tatin pie like a crumble, vanilla cream
