Here, guests enjoy sun-kissed cuisine blending Mediterranean flavors with distant influences, particularly Indian and Thai. Chef Geoffroy Szamburski elevates carefully selected ingredients to new heights. A must-visit destination where sensory delight meets stunning views of the Mediterranean.

The contemporary and modular structure transforms the space into a terrace open to the sky. For lunch facing the sea or afterwork relaxation by the pool, the Jasmin Grill & Lounge is the ideal place for getting away from it all.

The outdoor kitchen features a real tandoori oven for original Indian specialities. Mediterranean specialties, fish of the day, rotisserie, pasta and burgers complete an enticing array of international dishes.

  • Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 12 to 2pm at 72 € per person, hot drinks included – not available during July and August – reservation recommended

Every Saturday, the Jasmin Grill & Lounge welcomes you from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm for a delightful and convivial interlude with our Le Goûter du Royal experience.

Imagined by our Pastry Chef, Lucas Simoncini, this indulgent moment showcases a refined selection of creations: seasonal fruit pastries, a signature creation, a cookie with praliné, and a travel cake, accompanied by your choice of a hot or refreshing beverage.

To elevate this sweet escape, treat yourself to a homemade hot chocolate, a matcha latte, or a glass of Deutz Brut champagne.
