An evening of spices

On Tuesday, 2nd June, Michelin-starred chef Selim M’Nasri from Epicentre joins his childhood friend Geoffroy Szamburski for an exclusive four-hands dinner at La Table du Royal.

For one evening only, Mediterranean influences and bold spices take center stage through refined creations such as bluefin tuna with Tozazu enhanced by Shichimi Togarashi, sea bass served with grilled wild leek and wild garlic elevated with zaatar, and lamb accompanied by zucchini flower and locally grown lemon.

A passionate cook and lover of gastronomy since always, the chef of Epicentre traces his journey as one writes a life story: with conviction, refinement and a touch of audacity.

Trained in several starred restaurants, he had the honor of working alongside Marcel Ravin, one of the most talented chefs of his generation. A memorable experience that nourished his demanding, creative and deeply human vision of cuisine.
