On February 14th, celebrate love in our gastronomic restaurant La Table du Royal with an exceptional dinner in a romantic atmosphere.

Under the inspiration of Chef Geoffroy Szamburski and Pastry Chef Lucas Simoncini, the dishes reveal delicate creations centered around seafood products, enhanced by vegetal and sea-inspired touches, before giving way to refined compositions featuring poultry and foie gras, elevated by the nobility of truffle. The tasting ends on a gentle chocolate note.

Fruits, vegetables, herbs, wild flowers, fish, and meats: short supply chains are prioritized. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted around the featured ingredient and shaped by the rhythm of the seasons.
